Reserving Accommodations for your stay
The wedding date is going to arrive quickly! For those of you that know you will definitely be coming to Tamarindo, I suggest you book your rooms as soon as possible. Many of the hotels and B&Bs in Tamarindo are fairly small. In addition, Capitan Suezo hotel is offering a room discount of 20% off the published rates, but only until March 20! If you want to stay in a location where there will be other wedding guests, as well as being close to the beach and close to downtown, this is a good choice for you. If you would like a little more privacy in a slightly more intimate setting (also close to the beach), Villa Allegre may be better for you. Unfortunately, we were not able to secure a room discount with them, but both places do offer breakfast with your stay. They will email you a credit card authorization form which you will need to complete and send back to them. Do not book through the hotel website as this goes through a third party vendor and they therefore cannot offer the discount if you make your reservations this way.

The 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be reimbursed, if the hotel receives the written cancellation 75 days prior the arrival date. 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be reimbursed if the hotel receives the written cancellation 60 days before the arrival date. The total amount will be non-refundable if the booking is canceled within 59 days prior the arrival date.
